Bev & Chris 23rd Aug 09

Bev and I got married on the 23rd August 2009, at St.Mellons Hotel and Country Club, Nr.Cardiff.We found Jaynes website, whilst browsing for a local florist, on the Internet, and what a find that was. Bev made the initial contact, and was very impressed with Jaynes knowledge and understanding manner.
We made an appointment to visit Jayne at her studio. We were immediately taken with Jaynes work (displayed in her studio), the professional way she had set up her business, and presented the range of services she could offer. We explained to Jayne the colours we had chosen, what we had in mind for the bouquet, corsages, cake, etc. Unfortunately one of the flowers we had chosen, would have been out of season in August but Jayne gave us alternatives, showing us some examples, which enabled us to get the effect we were trying to achieve.
Throughout all of our meetings, Jayne always gave us the best advice, and that did not mean the most expensive option, we had a budget, which Jayne helped us to stay within (except when we decided to add to it). Jaynes attention to detail was extremely impressive. We had two very young page boys (19 months and 8 months) Jayne managed to find some miniature roses in our colour, so that the boys button holes were more to scale.
On the day Jayne delivered the flowers to the hotel (the 23rd was a Sunday), all were perfect, and as described. Jayne personally took Bev's bouquet to her, and was invaluable to Bev in her preparations, wiring flowers for her hair for her hairdresser, and even helping with the lacing of her dress. She then decorated the cake with the flowers we had requested. We did not have a chance to thank her and her husband Gary on the day, as when Jayne had made sure that everything had been done, to her very high standard, she and Gary left.
Bev and I cannot fault the service we received from Jayne, which was over and above our expectations. Her personal service, filled us with confidence, and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Zac & Caroline 18th September 2009

Zak & I married on the 18 th September 2009 at the Oxwich Bay Hotel in Swansea, at the time of booking the venue we had a colour scheme in mind but didn’t really know what sort of flower designs would suit me, the venue and the season. We approached two florists but found they didn’t seem to have the time to discuss options and really just didn’t have the personal touch we were looking for.

A close family friend highly recommended Jayne so my mum & I visited her at a wedding exhibition in the Village Hotel, we were immediately impressed with not only her display, but her ideas and of course that personal touch we were really looking for.

With the wedding being in September we chose an autumn theme with bronze, gold, chocolate and ivory. Jayne’s designs were perfect, my bouquet was hand tied with ivory voile and intricate detail of crystal, diamante & berries, the older bridesmaids and mums had corsages and the flower girls had wands, which were just beautiful. The table centres were breathtaking and a real talking point for not only our guests but also the staff at the Oxwich Bay, they really complimented the venue. The arrangement for the top table was also outstanding and still looked perfect the following day, so much so the next wedding party used it.

Jayne is an extremely gifted floral designer, she understands your needs, spends time with you to come up with exciting options to really complement your colour scheme & venue and her designs really are good value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend her.
